Your trainer comes to you and works with your space and any equipment you have, making this a convenient option for busy schedules or anyone who prefers to train at home.

Personal Training is the gold standard in fitness to bring intention and focus to your exercise routine. We make the most of your time! No more guessing or wondering if you’re on track. Personal training provides the accountability for you to see consistency improve over time.
Personal training provides an in-person custom plan to meet your fitness needs. Personal training sessions are 45-60 minutes long.
We will go through your strength workout (this may include free weights, body weight, Pilates, TRX, balance work, or core recovery based on your needs)
beginning with a gentle warm up and ending with flexibility. We will discuss your nutrition and any other wellness goals you have. You will leave each session with assignments of what to do before we meet again.
Every workout will be designed and progressed with your unique body and wellness goals in mind. Proper form and technique are taught, along with strategies to build fitness and nutrition habits that will impact the rest of your life.
Most clients start with 1-2 weekly sessions and gradually move to “as needed” or virtual sessions.
Fitness assessments are provided to track progress.
