Strengthen your body, improve endurance, and increase functional fitness with our in-person strength training classes at Eremos Wellness Studio. Our small group sessions focus on proper form, progressive loads, and slowly building strength and endurance.

CURRENT CLASS OPTIONS

  • LIFT STRONG

    A 12-week progressive strength training course

    NEW GROUP LAUNCHES JANUARY 19.

    LIFT STRONG is a structured 12-week progressive strength program designed to help you safely build strength, confidence, and consistency. Each week intensity gradually increases while focusing on proper form, functional movement, and sustainable habits.

    The program includes:
    Weekly strength training homework
    Nutrition accountability and guidance
    Coaching that closely mimics personal training
    Fitness testing at the start and completion of the program
    Support to help you train independently 3 additional days a week (30–45 minutes each)

  • STRENGTH TRAINING

    A 10-week weight lifting class

    NEW GROUP LAUNCHES FEB 5.

    Jump-start your strength this season with a 10-week women’s strength training class focused on building functional strength and full-body confidence. Each session includes a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and TRX suspension training to challenge the body in dynamic ways.

    Expect energizing workouts, clear instruction, and a supportive atmosphere that keeps you motivated and progressing week after week.

    A total body strength training class under the instruction of a personal trainer in a small group setting. We use weights and bands to build stronger bodies one week at a time.

    Can’t make our in-person Lift Strong class? No problem! A guided strength program you can complete from home—at your pace.

    The Virtual Lift Strong Program delivers the full 12-week progressive strength training experience from the comfort of your home. Each week, you’ll receive structured workouts, coaching guidance, and accountability to help you stay consistent and see steady improvements in strength, confidence, and form.

  • Virtual Personal Training

    Customized strength coaching delivered directly to you—anywhere.

    Virtual Personal Training gives you one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your technique, each session is designed specifically for your needs and delivered through Zoom with personalized instruction, form cues, and modifications.

    Your trainer will assess your goals, create a customized plan, and guide you through each movement to ensure safety, progress, and confidence in your workouts.
