Pilates works the entire body, starting from the core and building outward. In Pilates, we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities—Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props—to help keep classes challenging and progressive.

At Eremos Wellness, our in-person Pilates classes are designed for beginners through advanced, helping you build a stronger, more balanced body at your own pace.

Classes are in-person, 45–60 minutes, and suitable for all levels.

We work in 6-10 week sessions to help you grow in your consistency.

We allow make-ups for any missed classes.

MONDAY CLASSES

  • Mixed Level Pilates — 6:15 PM

    A gentle and focused class blending core strength, alignment work, and full-body conditioning using light weights and Pilates props.

  • Athletic Pilates — 7:15 PM

    A faster-paced, strength-forward Pilates class designed to challenge balance, coordination, and stamina.

THURSDAY CLASSES

  • Mixed Level Pilates — 4:00 PM

    A gentle and focused class blending core strength, alignment work, and full-body conditioning using light weights and Pilates props.

FRIDAY CLASSES

  • Intro to Mat Pilates- 9:00 AM

    Perfect for beginners to Mat Pilates or anyone wanting to revisit foundational skills. Learn Pilates breathing, alignment, and exercises at a gentle and supportive pace. Modifications and props are provided to make movement more approachable and enjoyable.

SATURDAY CLASSES

    A class that eases in with energizing stretches, flows through our signature Pilates strengthening work, and ends with gentle stretching to send you into your weekend standing taller and feeling more at ease.
