LET’S GET MOVING!
Pilates works the entire body starting from the core and building out. In Pilates we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities (Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props) to help keep Pilates challenging and progressive.
ALL SUMMER CLASSES WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS IN OUR SCREEN TENT STUDIO!
MONDAY CLASSES
This is a 45 minute intermediate class and recommended for those with previous Pilates or fitness experience.

THURSDAY CLASSES
This 45-minute Pilates workout is perfect for anyone looking to focus on core recovery. We'll stretch areas that have become tight during pregnancy or injury and strengthen those in need of stabilization. Extra time will be dedicated to discussing abdominal separation and pelvic stability, while also introducing and progressing through the foundational Pilates repertoire. Whether you've recently had a baby or not, you'll experience the benefits of Pilates—building strength and mobility from your center out through your entire body.

This is a 60 minute intermediate/advanced class that welcomes beginners. We ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches.

This is a 45 minute beginner/intermediate Pilates class that is the perfect start for anyone new or progressing in Pilates.
