  • The Virtual Lift Strong Program brings Anna’s complete 12-week progressive strength training course directly to you—no studio required. You’ll receive a monthly strength workout to grow with, accountability, coaching guidance, and Zoom support to ensure you stay on track and continue progressing.

    This program is ideal for anyone who wants the structure and coaching of Lift Strong but needs the flexibility to train at home.

    • 12 weeks of progressive strength workouts delivered on a monthly calendar. You will have a “base” workout for the month that will be tweaked for you as an individual if needed.

    • Coaching guidance + accountability to help you stay consistent

    • Start + end fitness testing to measure your progress

    • Monthly nutrition accountability prompts

    • Clear structure with optional core, stretching, and cardio workouts each week

    This program closely mirrors the in-person Lift Strong experience—with the flexibility of training on your own schedule.

    • Free weights (light, medium, heavy)

    • Medicine ball or slam ball

    • Loop band

    • Long resistance band or TRX

    • Large stability ball

    • Small Pilates ball
