SMALL GROUP PILATES
LET’S GET MOVING!
Pilates works the entire body starting from the core and building out. In Pilates we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities (Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props) to help keep Pilates challenging and progressive.

Eremos Wellness private home based studio is located at:
346 170th St. Hammond, WI.
We meet in the lower level of my home while the studio is under construction.
Please park on the grass on the south side of the driveway and follow the path around back to enter the sliding glass doors.
A little about Eremos…
In the Christian tradition, eremos refers to the wilderness where Jesus withdrew to pray or fast. It symbolizes solitude, reflection, and transformation—a sacred retreat from the noise of daily life to find peace, clarity, and renewal. We hope you feel like that here as well-- that you can escape and find some refreshment for your whole being.
This is a 45 minute intermediate class and recommended for those with previous Pilates or fitness experience. All are welcome. We incorporate weights, Pilates bands, and balls for a total body Pilates workout.

This 45-minute Pilates workout is perfect for anyone looking to focus on core recovery, learn the basics of Pilates, and continue to grow in their endurance and strength. All will experience the benefits of Pilates—building strength and mobility from your center out through your entire body.

SATURDAY CLASSES
This is a 60 minute Pilates Strength class that welcomes beginners. We ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches to kick off your weekend.
