SMALL GROUP PILATES
LET’S GET MOVING!
Pilates works the entire body starting from the core and building out. In Pilates we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities (Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props) to help keep Pilates challenging and progressive.
UPCOMING SESSIONS
MONDAY CLASSES
This is a 45 minute intermediate class and recommended for those with previous Pilates or fitness experience. All are welcome. We incorporate weights, Pilates bands, and balls for a total body Pilates workout.

THURSDAY CLASSES
This 45-minute Pilates workout is perfect for anyone looking to focus on core recovery, learn the basics of Pilates, and continue to grow in their endurance and strength. All will experience the benefits of Pilates—building strength and mobility from your center out through your entire body.

SATURDAY CLASSES
This is a 60 minute Pilates Strength class that welcomes beginners. We ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches to kick off your weekend.

This is a 45 minute beginner/intermediate Pilates class that is the perfect start for anyone new or progressing in Pilates.
