FALL 2 WOMEN'S WEDNESDAY STRENGTH TRAINING

Jump-start your strength this season with a 6-week outdoor women’s weight lifting class! We’ll use weights, resistance bands, and the TRX suspension trainer to challenge your body and build functional strength. Expect to leave each session feeling energized, motivated, and ready to tackle the week ahead!

Wednesdays at 6 PM

All classes held outdoors – dress for the weather! We will move indoors if snow arrives!

SMALL GROUP VIRTUAL LIFT STRONG

Our popular LIFT STRONG program as a virtual format is especially helpful for those with tight schedules, childcare needs, or those with a long commute.  It provides a high level of coaching from the comfort of your home at a discounted price.  

Let’s start working towards our wellness goals together

Virtual LIFT STRONG provides you with a wellness plan that includes progressive strength and optional cardio workouts organized on a monthly calendar that is easy to follow. 

Anna will also provide regular nutrition accountability and resources on your journey to sustainable habits. 

Each monthly workout builds in both challenge and complexity. 

Every month we will meet as a group for a virtual coaching call where we will discuss successes, opportunities, and questions along with going through our new workout together (cameras do not need to be on ;)).  Workout homework will be 1-3 workouts/week with a 30-40 minute time commitment per workout.

Weekly we will check in through text. 

Virtual small group personal training and virtual LIFT STRONG requires a three month commitment ($50/month).

Equipment required:  we will work with whatever equipment you have available to you.  Resistance bands (light, medium, and heavy) and weights are essential. A TRX, large physio ball, and a slam ball would be helpful but NOT essential. I like to work with what you have.

No lifting experience needed, however, if you feel like you would benefit from more one on one coaching please consider booking a private virtual session.

Coaching Calls are: Nov 13, Dec 11, and Jan 8 at 7:30 PM *workouts are recorded so coaching calls are an optional bonus for you
