We will use weights, bands, and the TRX suspension trainer to workout consistently all summer long. Expect to leave inspired and motivated for the week ahead!

45-60 minute class. Wednesday 6 pm. 10 Weeks. June 11-Aug 27 (no class July 9 and Aug 6).
