  • Weights (medium and heavy)

  • Slam ball or medicine ball (substitute by using a weight)

  • Bench or step

  • Resistance bands with handles or a TRX suspension trainer

  • Pull-up assist band

  • Loop band

  • Large physio ball

  • Small pilates ball (9”) or sub with playground ball

  • Fitness mat

  • Access to a pull up bar or monkey bars (skip if not available)
